Membership is open to anyone over 50 years who is retired or semi-retired.

Discounts
Discounts are given to Associate Members. Associate Members are those who are already a member of another U3A. In order to claim an Associate Membership the receipt for the current year from the other U3A MUST be included with the membership application. This will be returned to you. New Members joining after June 30th will receive a reduction in price for the current year and then pay the normal Annual Subscription for the following and subsequent years. The half year rate is only available to new members; it does not apply to existing members renewing a late subscription.
Making Payments
Please make your cheque or postal order payable to “Moonee Valley Region U3A Inc” and post it with your completed application for membership and enrolment forms to the postal address shown on the membership application form. Please ensure, when you send us a payment, that it is correct for your circumstances.

Membership Subscriptions for 2012
Please note that it is now possible to pay your annual membership subscription directly into our Moonee Valley Region U3A bank account.
If you prefer to use electronic banking instead of sending a cheque or postal note with your renewal or new membership form, the details are as follows:

Mid Semester Applications
New members will not be accepted in :
- Semester 1 Applications received after this date will be date-stamped, held and processed after July 1st.The Half Year rate will apply.
- Semester 2 Applications received after 30 September will be date-stamped and held for processing after 1 December.. The full rate for the next year will apply.
